The foundation laying ceremony of Amber Paradise Hotel, a 100 Keys Hotel that is set to promote tourism and hospitality in Zamfara state was recently held on 5 th September, 2019. Amber Paradise Hotel which is to be constructed under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model for the development and operation of the hotel will be managed by Amber Hospitality Services Limited, a leading hotel management and hospitality services company. The groundbreaking event was part of the activities marking the 100 Days in office of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Dr) Bello Mohammad, the Executive Governor of Zamfara State. In his speech, he said, “part of our reason for embarking on this project is our realization of the fact that in as much as we want to attract foreign and even domestic investors to our state, a safe, convenient and comfortable hotel that will compete with the world class hotels is required.” He further stated that in addition, the project is expected to open the state for investment and creation of job opportunities, which will improve the entire economy of the state. The Amber Paradise Hotel, set to be completed in 30 months will come will a 100 Keys guest room, occupying four floors fitted on a land size of 40,000sqm. It will also feature conference and meeting rooms, restaurant, fitness center, on-site 24 hours laundry and dry-cleaning service, on-site power generation, water treatment, storage and sewage plants all according to world class standards. This project will bring good experience to the people of Zamfara State.
